PP WOW: Selfishness and Self-Centeredness are dead.

Profound Ponderings Words Of Wisdom:©
Selfishness and Self-Centeredness are dead

Selfishness and Self-Centeredness are dead. The
new energy of the new world is the “Greatest Good
for All”. Where we have the spark of idea, inspiration
or impulse to do something and we pause and ask
“Is this good for all?”, “Does it have any negative
impact on anyone or anything?”, “Are there any
negative outcomes that can come from this?”

And if the answer is that there are some negative
outcomes, they must be worked out, they must
be fixed before moving forward. We must get the
ducks in the row BEFORE moving forward. The time
of selfishly bumbling through, not caring about anyone
but oneself, is dead, over, fini. The time of ignoring
all the possible mistakes and problems, and waiting
for negative energies to manifest before we deal
with them has ended. The time of not healing our
issues and ignorantly just handing them over to our
children is done.

It is easier to deal with negative energies on the
subtle energy level than it is on the physical level.
It is easier to fix an incorrect thought, than it is
to refreeze a polar ice cap. It is easier to hear our
guidance, and to follow it, then it is to clean up
all the horrible things that we manifest by not
listening to it.

No one is interested in selfishness anymore. We have
seen the impact of it on the world, the people, the
land itself. The new trend is to subtly boycott
those that are not offering businesses, or services
that are in complete integrity. There are so many
options for choosing integrity people and services.
Why would we continue to go to those
that are not in integrity? We all know that
there is pain in lack of integrity. We are all starting
to make conscious choices when it comes to
services being in integrity, and the highest
good for all.

The truth is that there is short-term pain of being
in integrity. BUT nothing as large as the long
term pain of being out of integrity. Business
people sometimes don’t make as much money
doing the right thing, but in the long-term, they
still have their health, and mental and physical
well-being.

It is like foregoing the chocolate cake for dessert
to stay healthy and fit. It hurts a little to say “no”,
but it doesn’t hurt nearly as much as it would
to be obese and barely be able to walk around, or
for our body to deteriorate from lack of care.
The health care bills and cost of not caring for
our bodies is massive, compared to the cost
of passing up on some junk food.

Integrity is the same. It hurts a little in the
moment, but the fact that we manifest our
dreams, with a clean heart and conscience
is priceless. The long-term pain of doing damage
or harm to others is huge, even though one
might not notice the gradual increase of
energy that it takes to ignore the subtle
energy (pain of guilt, remorse and shame),
and how debilitating and exhausting
it is to pretend like it doesn’t exist.

Some go through life looking for all of the shortcuts
with no concern or care about who they hurt, these
people and businesses can no longer survive in the
new economy.

People are learning now how to “vote with their dollar”. And
the more people do this, the more the low integrity business
will fall to the wayside like old, primitive, dead, dinosaurs.

How we get to where we are going dictates the
energy that the business or endeavor will have
when it prospers. If we are workaholics, using low
integrity marketing concepts, employing people
who are aggressive, uncaring or pushy, we will
have just that, a business that makes us sick,
lonely and mentally challenged. We will have
a company full of relationship issues, discord,
disharmony and stress. We will have to be
workaholics to sustain it, and ultimately any
money we create won’t be worth the price
we have paid.

The desire to push, force, cut corners, do shortcuts
to get ahead, ultimately only sabotages long-term
satisfaction.

Attending to detail and doing things with love, kindness,
integrity and consciousness, creates more of the same.

The energy that we manifest from expands and multiplies.
What energy is your business manifesting from?

Are you manifesting from love, consciousness, heart-felt
desire, inner guidance, desire to compassionately, intentionally
and consciously co-create with others, and synergistically
share your gifts and talents with others, desiring to do the
same for the upliftment and benefit of all? Are you surrendered
to and co-creating with a power larger than yourself? Or
are you the Captain of the ship, flying by the seat of your
pants, operating from gut, but not asking how it impacts
others?

Are you doing what is in alignment with the highest
good for all? Or are you doing something else? And if so,
WHY?

The creation of a happy, sustainable, healthful business
comes from the inside out. Our desire to completely heal
our issues and create from a place of clarity and intention.

Terrorism

(Originally published on 4/6/2017)

The terrorists are people from ALL OVER THE PLANET, many protesting “imperialistic over-reach”. They are NOT ENTIRE countries. To have an attack on an entire country will put all of AMERICA at risk for more attacks. North Korea has had a nuclear rocket (not missile) pointed at US for a long time. We are in a very DANGEROUS moment in history.

There is a MASSIVE HUMANITARIAN CRISIS going on in Syria and hundreds of thousands of people in danger. ALEPPO!

And WE have already assaulted the innocent victims.

The terrorists are people protesting OUR (U.S.) “the end justifies the means” behaviors, they are people protesting that America has stolen things from them. It is young 20 year old men who cannot find a job, and young people who are anxious and overwhelmed and put on SSRIs (which have side effect of suicidal and homocidal thoughts). It is the disenfranchised, those victimized by social injustice, those who have lost everything to corporate criminals and those who have renounced AMERICAN citizenship because of the insanity that goes on here (the numbers are staggering). It is young men who are being shown videos of all the harms that America has done, people who know about our Drone Strikes and killing of others to “protect other people from potential terrorism”, it is those opposing our PRE-EMPTIVE STRIKES.

This trauma and pain and anger does NOT go away and more violence is carried out. It is people who have become empowered by our (short-lived) cultural empowerment (even as weird as it has seemed), to not take bullying, force and traumatization from others any more. It is the young people of the world who are sick from environmental toxins, overstress, working for peanuts (income similar to in the 70s) while paying outrageous prices, it is people who cannot stand America’s brutality of other people, disrespect of native people and exploitation of the world and it’s resources, it is people who no longer have places to live because their islands are under water because of America – induced climate change. It is people fighting GREED, the angry children and grandchildren and great, great grandchildren of warriors that were killed in previous wars that America thought it “WON”.

It is people who don’t feel like they fit in anywhere, and people fighting white supremacy, and those fighting the religious wars, that WE started, it is the socially active 20 year olds that see that because some people are too greedy, they will never even have the basics of life, it is people who have no clean air or water or food because of others taking too much and thinking that pollution is ok. It is those who are living in drought because of climate change that WE are responsible for, It is the children and grandchildren of warriors that survived and who have transgenerational epigenetic influence (born and built into the genes now) of PTSD, it is the people whose genes do not allow them to detox all of the environmental toxins and their livers back up and now they feel rage. It is those working in 3rd world countries, in sweatshops and slave laborers “serving America’s needs”, it is those under piles of American garbage that we send on barges to their country, sorting through the trash and having endocrine system disruption from all of the plastics. It is the children (of warriors) who got the crap beat out of them in youth (because their parent had post traumatic stress and were not able to control their responses or were physiological incapable of discerning their children from the person who tried to kill them in war), it is those who have parents who beat them up because they were traumatized and became alcoholics or drug addicts, it is the people who saw family members murdered in front of them, or saw or heard about genocide so that people can “kill off all semblances of violence or future violence’, it is people who had entire families who were killed, and had no recourse for their pain.

It is people who survived or heard about other wars, and think that OUR “leadership” looks too “Hitlerlike’, or “fascist”. It is the children who are 5 generations away from the last war and their bodies are genetically damaged from the trauma of their ancestors.
It is those that have seen or heard about the disrespect, exploitation, sexual abuse, molestation, rape and violence of women that goes on IN the American culture and they are fighting to protect women from THOSE kind of ills. Those people that do not believe in the American values of treating people and the animals on the planet like they are disposable or replaceable. And the people who are disgusted by what some of our “scientists” are doing and their disrespect for life, the farmers who have lost EVERYTHING including their villages of people who died because of what our companies sold them.

It is people (and descendents) who WE have contaminated with nuclear waste, who have been harmed by our weapon testing, and who have been harmed by OUR chemical warfare and toxins.

It is people who have been screwed over (excuse my french) by America (and related people) that want to play a win-lose game of winner takes all – winner OWNS all ).

It is people protesting power and control games engaged by people who have low self esteem and feel big by hurting others, people protesting people who can NEVER get enough no matter how much money they have, because their workaholic, monopolistic games are about trying to get mommy or daddy’s love, which one can never do by acquiring stuff. It is people protesting the American culture of suppressing their pains and issues, pretending like they don’t exist, and putting all of one’s energy into the physical world to pretend the emotional, psychological and spiritual worlds do not exist, instead of facing our pains and healing them. People protesting our addiction culture and all of the harm that it does within itself and to others.

The cycle of violence NEVER ENDS. It just keeps on, and increases and grows and gains speed and momentum and hurts more people.
We, Americans, LIVE in a trauma culture that has LOST CONTROL.
The number of people with stress related illnesses and PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Symptoms) is astounding. Trump is a product of this culture and it keeps him awake at night. Lack of sleep causes people to make ineffective decisions.

This culture has affected EVERYONE ELSE ON THE PLANET and they are not just “taking it” anymore. WE are losing an entire population of young people, dying BEFORE their parents. We are making EVERYONE sick, including ourselves. WE have initiated the 6th MASS EXTINCTION!

ONE in TWO of people between the ages of 35-55 are fighting for their lives. And people aren’t just standing by and watching the victimization anymore, they are fighting back.

The “alternative facts” of this world, are just not working anymore…Reality is being seen clearly.

As a daughter, of a Vietnam Vet who had PTSD, I know better than anyone, NO ONE WINS IN WAR…WE NEED TO STOP THE CYCLE OF VIOLENCE.

There is no AXIS of EVIL that we are fighting.

The ENEMY is those that THINK:
VIOLENCE IS OK, that the ‘ends justify the means”, that “greed is good” and “it is ok to harm others to get ahead”, “don’t feel, so that you do not react to my abuse” and you can “do whatever you want, to get whatever you want”. The enemy is consumerism and thinking the THINGS are more important than PEOPLE and NATURE, and the Earth we live on.

AND THE WHOLE WORLD WILL STAND UP TO FIGHT THAT!
No one will defend US because WE are the problem.

And all of us will be even more unsafe and even more responsible for the ill wills of the world.

We have had enough violence and war and harm to last everyone on the planet a lifetime.

NOW WE *ALL* NEED TO *HEAL*….NOT fight.

And this is the basis for my rEvolution.

We need to protest the escalating violence. NUCLEAR WAR IS NOOOOOOT AN OPTION.

North Korea

(Posted on 4/5/2017)

The MOST compelling issue of our time:

North Korea has the ability to strike against the United State with NUCLEAR weapons. There is NO WINNER in nuclear war. It affects EVERYONE and EVERYTHING on the planet. THIS SHOULD BE WHAT the biggest protests are addressing. Womens rights, reproductive rights, gay rights, climate change, NONE of those issues matter if we go to nuclear war. THE ONLY OPTION is diplomacy or something OTHER than FIGHTING. When two bullies (US – Trump and North Korea’s Kim Jong-un) knock heads, it winds up in BATTLE. We cannot wind up in battle with North Korea. WORLD WAR III is NOT an option. They are protesting “Imperialistic” overreach. And rightly so.

Recently Kim Jon-un’s brother was murdered. And he is MAD. And as usual when a bully gets mad they look for a scapegoat. This man will NOT respond favorably to force, bullying or threats!!!

Nuclear War is NOT AN OPTION!!!

A world that works for ALL.

ALL LIFE MATTERS.

Black, blue, yellow, red, purple, rainbow, male, female, and the Animals upon the planet that are with all of us. $50 million people voted for Obama. Let us gather together in the vision and knowingness that racial harmony can and does exist. These actions of violence throughout the country are NOT a testament of the consciousness of the people of America. Let’s pray and unify around the idea that we CAN and DO live in a peaceful, harmonious world, where everyone matters and there is NO need for violence, scapegoating or brutality. Let us live in our own personal harmonious worlds, to demonstrate, what does harmony look like and how is it achieved.
Let us ALL take a deep breath, focus on the harmony that we support and SEE THERAPISTS if we need to express rage and pain for all of the the insanity and violence, that we have seen in the world. Let us move our pain about the disharmony, and focus on a world that IS harmonious. Let us all focus on our own judgementalism, and replace it with unconditional love for all beings.

Let us be aware: of when we act too soon without pause, where we operate from having experienced too much stress, and when we do not consider others in our actions. Let’s all breathe deeply and slow down, and use our intuition to lead us to the greatest good for all.

Let us let go of our personal selfishness and surrender to the higher order of us ALL being happy in a world that works for ALL. Let us let go of what blocks us in receiving the gifts of harmony with ALL.

There is safety in unity arournd a common vision of harmony. Let us be led by our Spirit that teaches us how to get along with others, how to be kinder, gentler, more loving, more accepting, and more compassionate. I truly believe that we can Remember being harmonious and we can act toward and support a world that works for ALLLLLLL living beings. I Trust that we can all find a higher place that supports ALL life.

With Mother’s day coming, my gripe for the day

(Some of) The Baby Boomers are truly the most selfish group of people that I have every met. I can honestly say that if they weren’t so greedy and materialistic the world would be in MUCH better shape. They are CONSTANTLY stealing from the future, to uplift themselves. And they are so disrespectful to the feelings of others. They constantly put money, and their own personal advancement and gain, before the feelings, wellbeing and needs of others. And think this is just “what people do”.  They care about their “respect” but do not respect others. The power and control games, the egotism and entitlement blow me away. And they think it is Completely Normal. I am especially disgusted and angered by what i call the “white folk materialism entitlement syndrome” (I am caucasion, by the way, but CANNOT relate to these MEAN people.  I studied Ethical Business and Socially Responsible Marketing in college).  Few of them have effective conflict resolution skills and plow right over others and their feelings. They get into positions of power and DO NOT use it for betterment of anything. (For the don’t even know what that would look like). Their attitude is “I got mine…Screw you”. This is one of the reasons that their children are dying BEFORE them. So many of the women, in particular, are narcistic, workaholic, control freaks who have NO compassion for anyone else or their challenges. I THANK GOD for my Mom who was the kindest, most compassionate, understanding, accepting person that I know. She had her challenges but CLEARLY was NOT like her peers. I love my Mom. Thanks for not holding me back Mom and thanks for letting me realize my potential. Thanks for not being a narcissistic, sociopath that tried to control my feelings or emotional expression. The other women your age group can SURELY learn a lot from your kindness. If other women my mom’s age were like this, PERHAPS we would be closer to World Peace but look where we are today. SOOOO far away from that because the women became some sick version of a man instead of being in their Feminine Power. Thanks Mom for not being a numb robot bowing to the materialistic, Almighty Dollar gods of America. Thanks for putting your personal growth, emotional and physical healing BEFORE asset accumulation or ownership of STUFF. Thanks for showing me what was important in life. Thanks for caring about others and loving everyone. AND thanks for showing me how to be a HUMAN, with a real heart and a desire to give to and help others.  I NOW understand why you had so many of the challenges that you did. The culture you were in was SICK. THANK YOU God that there are women in the world who are not judgmental, discriminatory, egomaniacs.

Some women in the world treat people like they are disposable because THEY do not want to do the personal growth that is needed to understand another or have compassion for another’s experience. Some are so busy doing self promoting activities that they have no space in their life to help or uplift another. At SOME point one might ask “How much is ENOUGH?”. “How much do you need to have before you give to or share with another?”, “At what POINT, do you start giving back?”, “At what point do you realize that ALL of your focus and goals are on YOURSELF and none or minimal are about helping make the world a better place, helping humanity, or making a difference in the world”. At what point do you realize that it is better to feel and be human than it is to be a numb, producing, asset accumulating, shut down, unkind robot?”

Thank God they are not all like that. Thank God SOME women are willing to look at how the culture of America creates illness and they work to improve themselves instead of judging others who have been affected by that. Thank God, SOME do their emotional and physical healing work, they are personally responsible, and Therefore kind, compassionate and accepting. SOME are not workaholics, are balanced, harmonious and emotionally generous.  SOME are part of the NEW World. Some are part of a world that WORKS FOR EVERYONE!!!  SOME have no addictions, feel their feelings, and respect how HARD THAT is in this culture. SOME know how hard it is to stay healthy in this culture when lack of compassion and support is the NORM. SOME do not plow ahead, they ask questions, look at themselves and discern…”Is this good for EVERYONE?” and “DID my behavior have an influence on their emotional expression?”

Co-Workaholic relationships

Co-Workaholic relationships almost always fail. Ultimately one partner or the other will want more, and either accidentally or intentionally find themselves in an emotionally intimate relationship with someone else. Then it is easy for that emotionally intimate relationship to go deeper into a physically intimate relationship. Emotional intimacy is an important part of a relationship and cannot and shouldn’t be overlooked for the pursuit of money or other worldly things. Shallow relationships almost never last, because ultimately one of the partners will want more.

Genetics

http://www.drfranklipman.com/busting-the-myth-on-genes-and-family-history/

Although Gene Expression tends to be a bit more complex than this article makes it. This is good base information about the subject of Epigenetics. Some other factors that can contribute to gene expression are: socioeconomic status, the level of stress of your job, the amount of central nervous system insults that you have incurred, and whether you were able to heal / integrate them before the next one happened, what generation you are in (the young people under the age of 25 are experiencing much more familial gene expression for a variety of reasons including stress and their parents’ perception of stress), whether you were affected by the huge amount of societal changes that America has had (i.e. housing crisis, stock market crashes…overall corporate white collar criminals trying to steal your money…), your availability of emergency financial support in difficult times, how much change you have gone through and how quickly, your experience, exposure and the effect of natural disasters and earth /climate change on you, your family, your stability and your body, where you grew up and the enviromental toxins associated with that, how fast paced your lifestyle is, what industry you are in, how secure your livelihood is, how many vacations you take, how high the expectations on you are and whether you can meet them, your relationship status, your family’s belief systems about emotional expression, the communication and conflict skills of your family, whether your family and support system drinks or uses drugs, your race and whether you are experiencing discrimination, whether you are a vegetarian and how your body responds to that (contrary to what much of the medical industry is proposing, large amounts of people experience negative gene expression merely BECAUSE they are a vegetarian), gender, geographic location, whether and how much the gene expression of a characteristic was expressed WHEN you were conceived and during prenatal development, how many generations had experienced the gene expression prior to you and the amount of information that they had about appropriately caring for their bodies, and whether they let that gene expression contribute to other malformations before you were conceived…

…For many, the amount of factors that they would NEED to have control of are not * in* their control, and the information is not available to them about how to protect themselves. So as much as the generations who are 60 years old and older would want everyone to believe that everything is their control, they are oftentimes out of touch with the challenges faced by the younger generations and those who come from cultural groups that are different then theirs.

This is why one of the reasons that cancer rates are SOOOOO high.

However, the Belief that we have control over our gene expression and the desire to live a life that supports our health is absolutely primary for staying healthy and acquiring the guidance that we need to protect ourselves.  Traditional Chinese Medicine suggests that we
should never operate at more than 70% capacity. That way we can be prepared for the
unexpected events. Reduced stress is essential for limiting unhealthy (family illness) gene
expression (like cancer, diabetes or heart problems…)

http://www.drfranklipman.com/busting-the-myth-on-genes-and…/

Most of us were raised to believe that the genes we were born with are our destiny and the diseases that run in the family are most likely coming for us too

My views on Anarchy

Order / Organization that is for the Greatest Good of All is better than selfish greed in any form. The answer to ineffective leadership is not “no leadership”. It is effective, transformational, high integrity, ethical, inspired leadership. That will not happen until the people change and vote for someone or listen to someone who is healthy.

Anarchy in America (US) would be a selfish, power grab by All (Rather than the selfish power grab by just the select few). Most people in America are unhealthy mentally AND physically. Just about everyone is using some kind of drug. Until people get drug free and address core issues, it will be unsafe for ANY of them to have power that can affect others’ lives. So i certainly don’t trust those people to do behaviors that are the highest good of all when they can’t even do the highest good for themselves. Self leadership doesnt work in a society until people are healthy. Otherwise everyone is just violating everyone else.

Proper leadership is through inspired action and wisdom and leading by example. There are people who do this, but Ameicans don’t choose them as leaders.

I studied transformational leadership in 1985 (and one of the books we used was written in 1967). We have yet to see it in this country (USA). “We, the people”, do not choose to have order that is based in integrity, doing the right thing, heart led, emotional health…Until we, as humanity, choose that love and integrity are more important than money and that healthy emotional behavior is more important than suppression, we, the people, will continue to chose people who lead us astray.

Over and over in this country (US) i see people doing behaviors of “This doesn’t work, let’s do the opposite” A psychologist-friend of mine would always say “180% away from insanity is still insanity”.

We need teachers who teach people what truly healthy behavior is, then self governance might work.

I am tired of the belief that people have that

having more drugs available to the population makes a culture better. That is like saying
“How do you heal an alcoholic? Give him alcohol”. Addictive behavior is very complex, and
unless one is drug-free, they don’t even begin to understand the issues and what is involved in healing – physical, mental, emotional, psychological, biochemical, socially, financial and nutrigenetical. The idea that “Say ‘No’ to drugs, didn’t work. Well then, let’s say ‘Yes’ to drugs”. Is incredibly simplistic, unskilled, uneducated and immature thinking. And it is part  of the addictive thinking structure. Addictive thinking is very black and white, on or off. People are not! They are complex and have the full spectrum of human emotion…Whether they express it overtly or not. Addictive behavior, whether it is low level, like a little alcohol every day, or high level – full blown addition, is not resolved by taking more drugs. It is resolved by addressing the CORE issues underneath why someone is using some drug to deal with life. A healthy person does not have the belief that they NEED some form of drug to make it through life. Health begins with our beliefs about drugs. (I am talking about alcohol and caffeine too. They are as much a drug as any other). To heal completely means that we believe that we can get our human needs met without some drugs and we have the repertoire of behavior to do so. (This of coarse happens after  we address that core issues of why we can’t make it through the day without alcohol and caffeine …)

…I think that if someone has an idea of how to deal with addiction problems, they should spend 5 years without ANY drugs, including alcohol, marijuana, and even sugar (which destroys our immune system). Then they will get a view of whether their ideas really work.

Drugged out, and healed / healing are two COMPLETELY different things. At this point most people (in US) have some form of trauma or ptsd. And most want to run away and not address the core issues underneath their avoidance patterns. People spend so much time, energy and money on their denial patterns that they don’t have anything left to address the core issues.

“Casual” drug usage

On October 1st, 2015 Oregon State legalized marijuana for casual usage.

Since October 1st, we have had at least 3 bomb threats in the schools
and 1 shotting. (Coincidence, i don’t know. I don’t recall any education
given to the public about contraindications and drug interactions…)

Sunday, I was sitting in Lithia Park (Oregon) talking to my mother on the phone.
After about 15 minutes i decided to leave because the marijuana smell
was so strong that i couldnt get any fresh air. (I was in the CHILDREN”S
section of the park, by the swings). My entire way out of the park, all i smelled
was other people’s marijuana smoke.

THIS IS NOT OK. Children should have clean, fresh, non drug air to breathe
and they should have SOME role modeling that shows that it is possible to
make it through life without drugs.

Today, I jogged through Lithia Park (My daily jog for MY wellness and stress
reduction – MY “drug of choice”, running, oxygen rich air and negative ions
from the moving water). I inhaled so much smoke, that when i got home,
i left work early because i was so stoned that I could not get any work
done. THAT IS NOT OK. Other people do to not have the right or freedom to
force other residents to be stoned. Technically I also engaged in “driving
while under the influence”, as I drove home from the park. Which could have
impaired my reaction time, put me at risk for a car accident and / or caused me to get a moving violation.

Most people who are craving drugs have undressed medical issues that are not being attended to. To begin with, Central nervous system disorders should be addressed with appropriate B vitamins and hormone analysis among other things. Cravings for alcohol, marijuana and cigarettes are usually nutritional deficiencies among a whole list of other issues including environmtal toxic overload (not to mention the entire emotional / psychological aspects). Taking drugs
does not make the core issues go away. It actually makes them worse, because not only did the body not get what it needed, it now has a toxin on top of a nutritional deficiency. A human can be exposed to 120,000 different toxins. Our livers are ALREADY overworked. Adding drugs and alcohol to the equation can make a person who is already off balance even more ill. Everyone believes that alcohol is harmless but the truth is that it wipes out the micro biome (friendly bacteria in the digestive track – where 80% of our immunity lies) and has been linked to breast cancer (which is near 1 in 2 now).
Truly healthy people do not crave drugs or alcohol to make it through the day. Their bodies know how to self regulate and they are able to calm themselves down at will.

It has been two weeks since this law went into effect. I am very concerned about what the future holds. I am feeling very upset that there is so much, endless pressure to use drugs. I can only imagine how the young people feel
who are already in a world operating in Maximum Stress Load.

And NO ONE has the freedom or right to disrupt the freedom, well being or health of another. As long as our society does not address it’s core issues, everyone will get sicker together.
